(Answered) How to take control of unallied settlement?

I am having a non SS problem I haven't found a solution for. Was hoping someone here might know who to do this. I have been playing as the Minutemen General and have been trying to earn every settlement in the Commonwealth but I cannot not get a radiant quest for Northagen Beach to randomly generate. I have earned every other settlement save this one. All I get is radiant quests for already allied settlements. I am using the We Are the Minutmen mod but other than reducing the maximum number of concurrent Minutemen quests to one I don't think it has any affect on how the radiant quests are generated. Is there a console command I can use to take control of the settlement?

Go to the workbench click on it in the console and Setpv OwnedByPlayer 1
You can only access workshop mode by activating it through the bench after this, until you refresh the cell or logout.

Thank you to Phil_T_Casual. That is exactly what I was hoping for and it worked exactly as you said. I am super embarrassed that I had to ask because unknown to me when I asked I already had a mod installed that allowed me to take control of the workshop. It is a tool that is built into Workshop Framework. I installed that mod a while back and now I cannot remember why but never even noticed it had that feature built in.:blush
