I'm having a problem downloading the files from nexus servers. My dl speed is literally 10kbps and it takes forever for both nmm and manual dl. I tried looking for solutions but it seems to be an issue on my end. Anyway, is there other sources where I can download Sim Settlements?

I would like to use the mod to my new play-through.

I'm not sure this will help, but I eventually became a premium member of nexus mod, with the life long plan. My DL's from them are much much faster now.

Update on my situation. My dl speed somehow became stable again and i was able to dl mods.

I actually use bethnet after launching the game using the mods buttton. All the main files are there and updated regularly same as nexus and a few of the addons are there as well. For ones that aren't I then grab them from Nexus. Glald to hear you got them anyhow.

Nexus had some server issues. Those have been resolved and were likely the reason for your problem.
