all new to ss2 & i got a rather complex question

Is there a ss2 mod to take over as mayor of dimond city and have citizens address u as such but also keep the current venders in place id like to take a look at the mod regardless if it does indeed exist thanks

Not in SS2. Thuggy has made a mod that lets you do that but it also includes an attack on the GNN building (causing issues with SS2). I believe the Thuggy Mod is called Depravity.

One of the design philosophies of SS2 is to cause the smallest amount of conflicts possible; doing something major to a location like Diamond City would cause issues with so many mods not to mention possibly even the base game.

If you complete some factions storylines you might be in for a (small) treat. Not exactly the "adress as mayor" thing or become mayor yourself but..
