a " sim settlements 2 " Fcom faction

So I've been fiddling around reading Fcom custom faction templates as i prepare to create my first contribution, and got to thinking that a sim settlements-themed faction would make a good replacer for the minutemen/and railroad ( or not if I can figure out how to increase the total amount of faction)
So give me your ideas folks, what would a sim settlements Fcom faction look like? Nightengale support drops? Maybe some hired scavengers with a Brahmin load of random junk? vault81 security forces loaned out to you?
Lay those ideas on me folks, I totally wont steal them. :D
 
I would suggest NOT replacing the main factions like Minutemen or Railroad in FCOM. My suggestion is replace either the Enclave as template faction (as it is hidden btw) or the Gunners (which could make more sense). As for the Heavy Unit in Power Armor - I would try to avoid X01 (locked for the Institute) or T60 (locked for the Brotherhood). So T-51 would be something cool and could also be explained lorewise (since is more popular if you consider Vim! and Nuka paintings).

I have actually secured the blessings of ghost face to tweak the enclave with stuff from his mod. And for the institute, I was going to replace the X01 power armour with tumbajumba's synth armour. also going to try to figure out a better way to tweak micolav's ( who has also give his blessing) weapons so the units stop spawning in with the pen.
And why not MM and Railroad? I think the system with the flares and artillery is far more appropriate for a gaggle of farmers with crank powered lasguns
. And with the railroad, well I can't think of a good reason for the railroad to have anything interesting for Fcom.
