Okay, it's not quite the full 4k ultra - I don't have God's gaming rig. :) Thought I'd attach a couple of screenshots and the Fallout 4 files that I use to get it, might be of interest to someone. Experiment at your own risk!

Looking at a wall in The Castle, better than 40fps:

Looking out over Boston, a very stable 30fps:

Note that my graphics card has the latest drivers and the temperature *never* goes over 65C.

The attached zip-file has:
* Fallout4.ini
* Fallout4Custom.ini
* Fallout4Prefs.ini

The attached godrays.txt has several of the bits-and-pieces from BRB's modlist.

Also note that I am running:
* Private Profile Redirector
* Fallout 4 Load Accellerator

I see that the latest Sim Settlements 3-in-1 has downloaded, so - back to it! :)

--edit--
By the way, running MSI Afterburner for the stats:

With @Phil_T_Casual's encouragement, I'm now running at 60fps. I will see how it goes.

The short How-To (in my case, ymmv - and experiment at your own risk). In RivaTuner:

And my Fallout4Prefs.ini file:
