2x2 Martial Plots in City Plans?

I poked around and didn't see a thread on this - what happens if we put a 2x2 martial plot in a city plan and the person using it doesn't have any installed? Do they just wind up with an empty spot in the settlement, or is it automatically replaced with a different kind of plot?

I'm pretty sure it just ends up empty, if I remember correctly. I haven't actually tested this, though, so maybe it might be best to ring in @uituit or @kinggath ?

I've wondered the same about the 3x3 agriculturals, too.

for 3x3 it would be empty space .
2x2 im not sure , the pole may show up and the player will have to change the plot type to something else. I think most addon packs have 2x2 martila now so it will only affect those who use simsettlements only.
