Yes, this is for PC. Don't know anything about Vortex, so I will just try to manually remove. I only use the MOD feature within game. (No Nexus mods) And Yes, I will definitely start a new game. Thank you for the guidance.

I have set all options for manual plot upgrades in hopes of manually approving every plot, every upgrade. I go to the ASAM sensor and Upgrade Options, but the only option is to set to auto-upgrades. I scrolled down the menu and there is no option to just upgrade the plot. Is it possible to...
