Fixed Settlements not Available for Attack

Having an issue where some settlements are not available for attack. I see at least Hangman's Alley, which is under my control from their quest, but if I remember correctly wasn't available for attack before I had control of it, either. Anyone else seeing this, or for other cities?

You have to discover the settlements 1st :)
 
Right. It is discovered. I also tried the Reset Workshop Array chem.

Having this issue following the last update. I took Finch Farm as my 1st Outpost - okay. Took The Slog as my 1st vassal. Survived the Gunner attack (barely!). Have scouted out: Greentop Nursery, County Crossing and Coastal Cottage. NONE of them come up when I talk to Jammer to try and attack. I know that County Crossing & Greentop definitely are within range because I was able to get them with my last trial character. also starting at Finch Farm.
 
Are you upto date with al the required mods?
 
Try placing workshopFramework above simsettlements

Can u scout out a new settlement and see if the same thing happens.
 
Note: following the Gunner attack, I was left with 8 Raider Recruits. Is this possibly an error that I am getting "no targets in range" rather than "you don't have enough [troops]"?
 
not sure
but you can try and get jammer to recruit more raiders and see if that makes a difference.
 
OK - I tried going thru the war desk instead of Jammer and I was able to conduct a raid to claim Greentop as another vassal.
btw: Jammer seems to be stuck on dialogue about being wounded/beat down and needing his "kit"??
 
Can you roll back your save and see if you can chat with Jammer?
 
The dialogue getting stuck for Jammer after a heavy loss should be fixed in 4.0.3.

Are you seeing this is the case for you @Otherwhere ?
