City Planner Desk has no computer on it and only has 1 option! help

Recently I've been getting into Sim Settlements and been enjoying it. around 2-3 days ago, i was finishing up my game before going offline. When i attempted save and quit it froze and i had to open task manager to shut it down. The next day i tried load my save game up and it kept crashing after it loaded it up and moved for 5 seconds so i disabled Sim Settlements and re-enabled it and it tended to work after that. Ever since i did that my sim settlements hasnt been acting properly, HUD wont show, Settlers not sleeping in beds and all go into the same building and wait there, floating objects and more.
I placed a city manager desk and realised there was no terminal ontop of it and had only 1 option which was to craft holotapes and ASAM sensors.
Ive tried reinstall it multipul times.
I've loaded up old saves and it worked fine on them and i made a new save just to see what'll happen and it also worked fine.
Im really confused on why this is happening and would love to get it fixed.
Im using the Eso mod pack.

Hopefully someone can help me!

similar thing happened to me, in all settlements, desks are missing the computer/blueprint/supplies, and none of the asam sensors on plots work. Prior to this i changed some plots around and it crashed, then the trouble began.

I been having the same issue, but the first issue started after assigning my first leader, then the game kept crashing on loading so I uninstalled and reinstalled and now the computer is missing at concord I spawned the holotape in and the desk is the same as you picture. Can't do anything.

@devteam it would be nice to add this desk issue as a common signal to the info thread. I had this bug twice and i only realised this was a script issue the second time, after i failed to assign settler as described. I couldn't find anything when i was searching for a desk bug ( some unsolved post are talking about it, that's all)

This is what happened to me :

-City plan menu doesn't appear when you click on it
-Ressource drawer is broken (the animation plays but nothing happen)
-If the city planner's desk is moved or rebuilt, the computer and the city plan are missing
-Holotape seems entirely broken
-Settlers can't be assigned
-It starts with a single bugged settlement. Once visited it spread to every other settlements, old or new. If you don't go to the bugged settlement, you'll never know there is one

I hope this helped a bit. Thank you for this amazing mod, this is my second playthrough (the first was just after release, without any DLC and very few mods) and i can't imagine playing without it. The commonwealth feels alive now.

Do you know if there is video for what that page is saying to do? . Because I can't comprehend very well with words. I am a visual person, I need video aid to understand what it is saying to do
 
For this particular issue i don't think so. There is a video of Kinggath using Fallrim Tools on his channel if it can help you (Sim Settlements: Save File Fix), but that's not the same issue.

But honestly this is a step by step solution with an image highlighting the two things you have to click in Fallrim Tools. I'm sure you can handle it mate.

and I didn't get any options under clear owner. and without typing clearowner it shows 1398 scripts so i have no clue if it is a script what script to look for so what now
 
Yes, indeed you don't, because as i said the issue shown in this video is not the same, so what he is doing in Falrim tools is different. You have to follow the steps described in the post i've linked.

Yea i forgot about that other stuff. but I did it just now with the clean up options it didn't fix it for me the first option , the game loaded but nothing was different no computer in cord the desks were the same as in picture and, the second option wouldn't let the game load afterwards.

is there a place to share game save and get the experts to look at it and see if they can find the problem and give details on how to fix it??
 
still waiting for someone that can look at saves or whatever to help fix problem. I really want to get playing again sometime this years but can't seem to get the attention of the right people that can help
 
I have the same issue. I've updated the All-in-one version of the mod through bethesda. After loading my last save and trying to save in a settlement my game crashed. Saving outside settlements still worked.

I've disabled(not uninstalled) the mod and loaded a save again. Saving in settlements worked. After reloading a previous save where the mod was still enabled my desk is bricked.

When I try to run cqf workshopparent cleareditlock I get the message that ClearEditLock is not recognised. I've been trying to fix it for a couple of hours now to no extend.

Please help...
