So who would you like to see as City Managers as ROTC evolves?

So as and when the toolkit comes out and more NPCs are elligable to be city managers, who would you like to see.

My votes are for

The Abernathys, as Blake kinda looks like Chuck Norris used to in the 80s
The Vault overseer
Ronnie Shaw - I expect a strict no nosense build with everyone working double shifts
The lady from Egret Tours that wants to help others...Phyllis Daily
 
vault tec rep for sure deserves to be a leader, tina de luca is another even if she's silent :P
pretty much any unique person you can send to settlement that isnt from a random encounter would be nice.

oh and gimmie an institute blueprint plan :O

edit: sturges, mama morphine and the whine twins also deserve to be leaders even if 2 of them are annoying
 
Professor Goodfeels - That awesome robot from sunshine tidings co-op... Thinking about it, maybe he already can be if you mod him.

Art or Art - This would just be kind of funny.

Sheffield - I always send him to red rocket to oversea my Nuka Mixers, he would be great.

Any of the named robots at grey garden - again, these may already work.

Dogmeat and Shaun - Why not.

And Honestly, I've got a ton of mods that randomize Settlers. Each has a unique name, armor, body type, face, inventory. Playing this way for so long I can hardly tell them apart from the hand written NPCS. The game truly feels alive because of this. It would be cool if we could get a mod that gives each settler a random leader bonus. Maybe never as good as the original named NPCs.
 
The ones I plan to add asap when the leader system gets toolkit support:

Buddy - when the leader perk system comes along (you see the perks on leaders today, but they aren't functional yet), I want to give him one that makes Bars provide additional happiness, but I don't know if it's possible yet, haven't seen the perk system or it's limits.

Jezebel - I hope to make robots provide some happiness with her perk, but increase Rust Devil attacks.

Supervisor White - I probably won't do the other 2 because these 3 can't be moved around, and White appears to be the leader among the 3 Supervisor robots at Greygarden. If possible, increase food production at farms equal to Level

The one I will add later as time permits:

Modified PAM that I will call CLAM (Civil Logistics Analytic Machine) - No idea what her perk will be, but I'll probably give her a different body and then reuse PAM voice lines for this robot and make it something you can build at my Junk-bot Garage.

Goodfeels/Greygarden Supervisors cannot be leaders currently, only Companions atm can be leaders until the leader toolkit drops

Ah, that's a shame. I felt like I heard a rumor anything produced in automotron could be a leader, but I guess it was just a rumor.

Rumor as far as I know, additionally neither Goodfeels nor the Greygarden Supervisors are from automatron

Who's art....I dont know him.
I run with unique npc mod and better settlers and it has made it alot more immersion

art is a person, well kinda, that you run into as a random encounter. I won't spoil it for you, I usually run into him around the Cambridge area.

I feel that in the settlements that have resident unique NPCs you should be able to use one of them, so as well as what everyone else mentioned already you have the likes of Finch Farm, Warwick Homestead, etc.

When the toolit it out custom NPCs/Companions that are unique from other mods can be added as leaders (in fact that type of integration is really what kinggath wants to see from the sounds of things)

So, just to clarify on Sturges, he can manage a plot/PA garage (in fact, kinggath added a new shop in 3.0, the Power Armor shop, make sturges the owner :D).

Yes, that one and Recruitable Settlers would be great. Going out and recruiting good leaders, like you could do with the lvl4 traders in the base game, would really add to the game. There will be something similar coming in a later update if I understood Kinggath correctly. He'd of course already toyed with the idea, and wants it out as soon as we all do, if not sooner, but reality has a way of imposing itself on us. Hopefully KG can whip something up together with those other mod makers and come up with something great, as always.

Tried them , one of the mr handies, and message read , " mr handy is not interested" check your list of availables ...
 
Sturges for sure
any of the adult Warwicks and Abernathys, and the Finch parents, at their respective settlements
Wiseman (Slog only)
Isabel (Lair only)
Caretaker (ideally only at the safehouse, but this could be tricky, since the safehouse location isn't set)

I don't know if we'll be able to add characters as options for only certain settlements, but I'm hoping we can.
