[xbox] Is there a conflict with NPCs Travel and the visitor system in ROTC

I'm doing my first play through with ROTC and I also have NPCs travel installed.

I'm about 10 hours in so far and I haven't seen a single NPCs Travel npc anywhere so far,

I've tried moving it around my load order and enabling/disabling it but nothing worked.

I figure there must be a conflict and I'm thinking maybe because the visitor system in ROTC is kind of similar to NPCs Travel that maybe they conflict.

But I honestly have no idea.

Anyone have a similar experience with these two mods on xbox?
 
I haven't tried both together, but it's very unlikely they conflict. Mod conflicts are almost exclusively caused by two mods editing the same vanilla game record. Sim Settlements doesn't edit anything vanilla so that it can work with almost every mod. The only mods that tend not work with it are those that do alter vanilla things that Sim Settlements is expecting not to be edited, such as the workshop scripts.
 
They work. When i first installed npcs travel, i also ran into that problem while trying to test. After forgetting about it for a while, the scripts must have caught up because I startes seeing the npcs everywhere. You can also crank up the amount of npcs travelling around in the holotape settings.
