Wouldn't it be better if the ScrapMe items was completely done before the build part starts?

I've noticed that when you build a settlement from scratch and use the HOWTO/Manuals you start at L3 and work your way down...

During the few city plans I built and among a few others, alot of movable statics is moved because something is built near/under/over, and then the coordinates doesn't apply for that object anymore and hence it won't be "scrapped" but can be "stuck".

Oh.. yes.... I forgot...

When you get a lot of settlements buildning and upgrading I've noticed that they come in "bunches" almost at the same time, and voila script limit reached and our favorite CTD occurs. I suggest that you add a random for the build time (either it is in realtime [60 sec?] or In-game [3 hours?]) for each plot that is being constructed/upgraded, or use the Utility.Wait(10.0, 60.0) before procedning with the actual level upgrade of said plot.

I second the idea of waiting before starting another upgrade process instead of bunching them up, but for the mean time just set the upgrades to manual and upgrade one at a time and save yourself a headache with the CTD

Yes, but the autonomy is there for a reason and I know a lot of users (like me) prefers autonomy in game :yes3

Another idea it to have kgSIM_AddonTemplate to not autostart in every add-on... I bet many mods uses a custom duplicate and then leaves the Quest Template running blank (or empty).
