Workshop Framework help

I need help, I don't know what I am supposed to disable or enable in workshop framework, could some one list everything that needs to be changed, I would be most grateful, as I am restarting my game as I was having lots of game shutdowns, I have removed the Mod Scrap Everything, as I read it was one of the biggest problems.
I don't know how to take a screen shot of all my mods so I cannot list them sorry
