Why I can not report an issue

I am loosing hope with this mod . Third time I have tried this nod out and ran into same issue.
I can't get any settler to build in any other settlment but Sanctuary. There is plenty of materials to build in these other places and I have the mod difficulty on easy.
Tenpines nope, Greeentop nope , Oberland nope, Starlight ,nope, Abernathy ,nope. I even assigned them to a plot and nothing ever happens.
Each place mentioned has 4 or more settlers
New game install third time . Reinstalled mod third time .
I am unable to post in bugs section so thats why this is here,another dissapointment

When you go to an asam sensor and click on it, do you have the option to start construction?

If you do, what happens when you click it?

If you do not, can you try choosing a building plan, what happens when you select a building plan?
 
OK, what I seemed to figure out is the lack of their own resources . But how do you get them to even gather if you can't build an industrial plot to begin with . is there something I am misunderstanding in the gameplay . Yes you can set it to take from workshop but say you wanted not to go that route I am not inderstanding something.

I generally load about 100 of each resource into the workbench so everything will start up and build if you don’t want the resource costas to build there should be a mcm or holotape setting that can take care of that think it’s something like
1. need resources for plot startup on or off
maybe wrong just that it’s something similar. Normally if you scrap a settlement though it has enough resources to build a couple plots.
 
Is the opener aware that resources from other settlements are only shared once you build a Caravan plot? This should be your priority when starting a new settlement. I've personally downloaded this mod from YaugieLC so that I have just enough materials on me to build the Caravan plot:
 
Yeah, you basically need to bring (or find on-site) enough resources to get at least a Caravan Plot up and running to link new settlements into the network, that's why I made that little 'shipment' mod. MOST settlement locations have enough stuff lying around for you to scrap to make one though, unless you're playing SS2 on "Components" level "resource complexity" (in which case it will invariably be the Asbestos you're lacking).

The "Bugs" forum subsection was meant to be a place to document known confirmed bugs to cut down on "duplicate posts" on this Questions subsection, but it hasn't ended up being used for that, and at this point should probably just be deleted.

Agreed. It hasn't been used for a long time.
