Yep, I have a few more things to do IE make it all raider like and I am calling it done. 2 times build limit.

15 housing plots.
a bar, a general store and a doc/rec
1 rec
3 security
3 advances industry
2 normal internal industry
2 huge farms

The idea is that this settlement is taking apart everything around it. I am also toying with a few ideas.

If you plan on releasing it you should definitely run the compacting scripts on it.
Jamaica plain already has a lot of draws so anything that helps with performance there would be great.

Yeah, I might have to.

Yeah Jamaica Plains is one of those rough areas to build in.

However I have found that by swapping to mostly interior plots you get a lot more out of it. Like using that 1x1 bedroom and adding a second bed in the same 2x3 area.

Then using some of the interior food plots on the roofs.

The sad thing is Jamaica Plains aint a good spot for using the scaffolding ramps, which I find best for multilevel settlements. NPCs tend to actually move up and down the ramps rather than do that crap of stopping on the stairs.

Yeah as I am doing a full-on raider motif so I use as many raider plots as I can as I do not have access to Nuka world assets, I mean I do but I want all my settlements in my raider theme to be able to be used by everyone if they get added to city mods list.

I know what you mean about settlers just standing midway upstairs. I have had to use a lot of navmesh blocks so the settlers here will actually go where I tell them to. Or better yet not walk around the settlement and actually use the many ways through the settlement that I have left.

anyway, this settlement is done.
