Well I did my best on making my first mod so far 74 downloads but no likes or any comments on it or anything I don't know if they liked the military base I made at Starlight Drive-in I just hope I did well I would like some feedback though on it here is the link to nexus mods of my settlement mod using the transfer settlements mod I did what I could so here is the link please give me some feedback you will see what it looks like on the outside and inside.

LINK https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/38139

Please let me know what you all think thanks.

Although I can give you perspective on why I didn't download it, I don't know other folks reasons.

When I decide to download a new city plan I ask myself the following questions:

1.) Does it level from 0 to 4 (ROTC)? If the answer is No or unclear I don't use it. There isn't anything in your description that indicates either way so I would not download it.
2.) Is it in a location I already have many City plans? I don't to download plans in areas I already have many. In your case Starlight Drive-in I currently have 6 so I really don't want another.
3. Do I think it will improve Conquerors (for a Conquerors run)? Nothing in description leans me any direction on this.
4.) Is it compatible with my playlist of mods? In your case since you have it under Fallout 4/Mods/Buildings/ Instead of Fallout 4/Mods Sim Settlement/City Plans/ I would presume its not a Sim Settlement mod and look no further.

My recommendation are as follows:

1.) Move it to City Plans in Nexus
2.) Write in your description if it functions in ROTC and what level it goes too.
3.) Add any information on how you think it would behave in Conquerors
4.) Describe how much over the build limit for Starlight Drive-in it goes.
5. Add information on how many and what type of plots are in it.

I don't get a sense that this is a city plan from the description? I mean, it could be made into a city plan if you follow the City Building Toolkit... do you have various build stages planned out to make it into various levels?

From your description, it looks like a transfer blueprint, which is a start towards a city... so are you asking if your design would be a good city plan? I don't know, depends on taste. Build limit for such a huge structure may be an issue.

And of me personally, alone and only me, I don't use concrete. It's a thing for me... I do scrappy things that people would build to survive. Concrete is only my personal turnoff. I know some may argue, and some would provide awesome examples of builds. And I admire those, but for me personally, I see concrete, I go the other way.

you could enter it in the next Starlight plan contest if they have one ... and then get it made into a city plan...

I hope this helps in feedback?

Very similar to me, I don't like concrete and especially don't like the concrete from the contraptions dlc. Coming from a background in construction it's very unrealistic to me, concrete walls do not have metal bands around them.

Yes you are right, this is not a city plan. It's a Transfer blueprint that requires SS.
You need to move this to the Transfer Settlements Blueprint section on the Nexus @TR71777

well it is a transfer settlements blue print plan for now @MrCJohn and @JamesBowen and thanks @Phil_T_Casual I have moved the mod to transfer settlements mod section in nexus mods I do how ever still want to bring this into the city plans for everyone to use with the sim settlements mod and possibly bring it in the contest I used this type of design is because 1 I am a combat vet did 14 yrs in the army and sim settlements is lacking a major military base build for fallout 4 which is sadly missing in a real world situation if something like this was to happen the U.S. government wouldn't of collapsed for starters cause not all the missiles would be able to hit the U.S. due to a missile defense system second if a situation was to happen like this a major base will be needed to be made to house key military officers and troops around the area no further than 25 to 50 mile area from ground zero to add security and aide to the area.

anyways I just wanted to see a military base that can be used by everyone that would like it I understand that not everyone will like it which is understandable and what I mean by feedback as in what can be done on the inside as well on the inside that's what I meant lol.

Thank you for your service, brother.

I would just do this as a contest entry at one of the next settlements. It can be duplicated in any settlement..

And I do agree. We need more military themed plans. They are lacking in the vanilla game and would be a welcome thing to see... maybe less concrete, more sandbags, trenches, razor wire, commissary, smaller barracks, military vehicles, troop staging, speech stage, etc. Design something for a FOB. An outpost for scouts - not so permanent but something more "put together" versus a ton of concrete... a small military launch support team setup, a military hospital...

There are so many branches to go ... I do appreciate the thought of needing more military. Do the contest entry and wow everyone with your designs!

I'll do my best @MrCJohn and thanks brother I will try to get this done I am struggling to port this with what everyone told me to do but my gaming pc can't handle that many mods at the moment second its a 5 yr old gaming pc I had since the VA helped me get this gaming PC it came with a Nvidia graphics card that sorely needs upgrading and is failing at the moment as well as main fan I can only run it for a hour or two the most before shutting down to let it cool off and star back up again I wish I could share my game save with someone with a better PC than mine so it can be converted for sim settlements as a city plan but until then this pc can't do much so I have to make do with it until I can get it fixed
