Hello and welcome to Yagisan's City Engineering. Here you will find the finest collection of city plans from my humble self, and the occasional collaboration. In fact, I am so confident that you'll love my city plans as much as I do, that I'll offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee* on any of the city plans located herein.

I offer two main types of plan here. PCSM, and XB1. The XB1 plans work on both PC and Xbox, and are simply plug and play. Some may require additional settlement mods, as detailed in their description.

XB1
XB1 style mods are designed to be Xbox compatible. This means that they can only use Vanilla Fallout 4, all Fallout 4 DLC, and the occasional, optional, Creation Club Items. These will run on Xbox, however please be aware, I do not have an Xbox to test them on. Most new plans will be in this format. Unless specified otherwise, each city plan needs:

Required DLC
Automatron
Wasteland Workshop
Far Harbor
Contraptions Workshop
Vault-Tec Workshop
Nuka-World

Yagisan's Suggested Creation Club Items
Home Decor Workshop Pack (cceejfo4001-decorationpack.esl)
Arcade Workshop Pack (ccbgsfo4045-advarccab.esl)
Coffee and Donuts Workshop Pack (ccfsvfo4003-slocum.esl)
Settlement Ambush Kit (cckgjfo4001-bastion.esl)

PCSM
These city plans are built with the same consistent set of mods. No need to hunt down a different set of mods for each separate release. Older plans are in this format. They will be discontinued if a replacement XB1 plan is released. In addition to the XB1 plan requirements, unless specified otherwise, each city plan needs:

Required Structural Mods
Workshop Rearranged
G2M - Workshop
Thematic and Practical
Kraggles Structures

Required Decoration Mods
CREAtive Clutter
Do It Yourshelf
Modular Kitchen

Suggested Decoration Mods
Old World Radio
Lore Friendly Posters
Solar Panels

Themematic
Each City Plan has a specific theme. Often this theme is based around one or more plots from the following Addon Packs. I design with the expectation that all of these addons are available. Do you need them? No. But the city won't build as designed if you are missing them. This is particularly true if "Micro" plots from Wasteland Ventures 2, Creations by COOTS or Junk Town are used in the design. A note about desks and other furniture - thematic desks from Creations by COOTS are often a part of most plans, as is dynamic furniture from Vault-Tec Tools. Furniture may also be included from the SimSettlements furniture store, Wasteland Ventures, and Junk Town.

Unique
These City Plans often tackle mod added settlements. I know, you're thinking "but mod added settlements are buggy", and for some, you'd be right. However, each of the mod added settlements that Yagisan's City Engineering has released plans for is known tested working. That's not to say they are without quirks. Some of them are in areas that Bethesda didn't consider anyone would build in, so they are insufficiently navmeshed. Or perhaps, there is nothing to scrap, and you need to build around the existing structures and landscaping.

Requests
If you have an idea for a type of settlement, or a settlement mod you would like to see a city plan for, please feel free to make a suggestion. I will certainly consider all requests, but please be aware that I can not guarantee any requests will be honoured.

* I guarantee that I, Yagisan, am 100% satisfied with all City Plans released here.
