Weird Water Pump

Im starting a new run with a nice light 71 mods and the first water pump I put down in sanctuary doesnt actually refill my thirst. I can sit there for minutes and not get a drop to drink. Its just super weird.

Ive picked up and moved the pump and left for the Co-Op and came back and it just refuses to work like its supposed to.

I've had this happen too. I don't think it's an SS2 thing though.

I dunno why it happened. I ended up building a new one and it worked fine - then the game crashed hard. Whatever happened took my save with it.
