Weird metal half wall collision

i use the half corrogated wall a a sort of railing in a few builds. When i have the plan built or when I place them in game I end up fidnign weird collision that doesnt get removed till the item is. Replacing it seems fine. I can give more details if you like on the issue.

Please, that would be welcome. Pictures would help. Also if you can select the item in the console and then take a picture of that so we can make sure we can identify it as well.

To my (great) annoyance it all now works perfectly well. I cant replicate it like I used to so ... I guess it got fixed - possibly by accident :P
