I only have the L3 save. I finished the settlement and then regressed it to create the L0-L2 blueprints, but I did not save each level. My apologies. I uploaded what I have, including the wretched video I made.

I went back to my L3 save and regressed the settlement again so I could make the other saves. I also "fixed" the .esl, because I used Transfer Settlements to export the layouts on the first go. Everything should be 5X5 now. Thanks for your patience.
