Bug Vet Clinic lvl 3 broken

Just noticed a weird looking plot, which was just an empty wooden hut with a wire fence inside. Looking at the plaque revealed it to be a lvl3 vet clinic. The NPC wasn't around, but when I found her, she didn't even offer me doctor services. Refreshing the plot didn't do anything.

This was in a mod-added settlement, in case this is relevant.
 
Hi Pra, jumping in because this looks familiar to the bugs that have been going around with the final levels of the plots (level 3 except for farms with level 4). The plot starts to build the final level, then everything but the base is removed again - including the marker that makes the settler a medic, in this case. See threads here and here and here.

The fix on PC is to lift the plot and drop it, or to switch it to another plan and back, and then use console command cf unlocklevel to force it back one level at a time to level 3. At least that normally fixes it for me.
 
Doesn't work. Now, even the level 1 of that plot is empty.

I think the entire plot is broken, I try it with a fresh one.

Edit: nope. It first built as RV Armory, that worked out fine. Then I selected Vet Clinic, and again got only the empty shack. I therefore assume it has nothing to do with the bug you mentioned, and that it is indeed the blueprint which is broken.
 
Try deleting and redownloading the core mod. Delete it entirely. We've seen more than a few problems with mod organizer using previous versions and if you're using NMM, that's definitely a known mess.

No difference.

It also affects the agriculture plot "Molerat Milk Pen". Not "Molerat Enclosure", though.
 
I think I figured it out. It's actually my own fault. I made this Fo4Edit script to automatically set previews for blueprints. It does so by creating overrides for the blueprint misc items. It seems like sometimes, something breaks during that process. I disabled the file where I used to put these overrides into, and suddenly everything works...
