Resolved Vendors under store

I encountered the problem, that quite regularly vendors are under their store, meaning under the shack foundations that came with their plot.
I usually move them with "moveto player" in order to trade with them, but it is a bit annoying.
This issue is present in any settlement with many foundations (it usually affects my provisioners), but more severe with
sim settlements, as I often use the plots with foundation for sim settlements.
There is not much flat terrain, and I don't want to risk the plots looking ugly when they are on uneven terrain.
I fear that there may be no fix to Fallout's bad pathing, but maybe you add a teleport vendors into their sandbox option to the plaques or something.
It is an awesome mod, and I do not want to ever go back, but being able to trade in my settlements is also important to me.

The game is actually supposed to teleport all NPCs to their work objects automatically. Do the NPCs look like they are pretending to stand behind a counter under the foundations?

Thanks for the swift reply.
Unfortunately, I cannot answer this question, as I could not see them between the pillars. I only found them with your owner location feature.
I just spend over an hour trying really hard to reproduce the bug and then use toggle off clipping to investigate.
However, I failed utterly. I tried fast-travel and walking in from far way.
The three settlements that were bugged now are fine and I also don't have a save with the bug.
In the meantime, I removed some of my shack foundation streets, added more ladders and restarted the game.
This might have fixed the issue.

However, thank you very much for this awesome mod!
I feeling I grow dependent on it.

Glad they sorted themselves out. The NPC positioning code is outside of my control for the most part, but I'll keep an eye out for the issue in case there's something I can do.
