Vault 88 Cityplan

Running a 'Cityplan only' game (In part just to see all of them) and ready to start Vault 88.

Not finding anything specific on this - is there anything important I need to be aware of similar to the castle, e.g. 'Do all the subquests first' etcetera, or is it fine to start as soon as Clem and friends show up?

The City Plans should be locked out until you take control of all of the sectors. The testers highly recommend you complete the side quests from the Overseer as well before you do the CP, just in case.
