Bug Vault 88 Bugs for RotC

It looks to me as if the problem might lie in the fact that V88 was always buggy from the start. Bugthesda has a reputation of "sometimes it doesn't just work" to quote Todd himself. I've assigned Settlers to V88 only to have them walk to Murkwater and Sanctuary before walking back to the Vault. I've fallen through the floor MANY times, and even had the build limit restrict me to everything scrapped and only allowing me to build a single sleeping bag.

Basically Bethesda made the zone itself too big, divided it into 4 workshops for the questline, and didn't get the core code fully optimized.

Maybe Kinggath and the SS Crew can get things working as intended, but Gamebryo, Gamebryo never changes . . .
 
Okay, I saved before doing this so if this is a doing it in the wrong order I can backout and retry.

I don't seem to have any power in the main vault - just started Level 0; trying to setup the power bike, and not getting any indications of power anywhere in the vault. I've tried deleting and re-attaching the units, I can verify the generator is running and powering lighting in the main generator room, but connectors and terminals are showing no power in the main chamber (Although as mentioned earlier, the water is working).

I have all the areas unlocked and did the pest control sweep, but even if I do the Clem quests before setting up the cityplan, without any power it's going to be a pain doing any customization.

Also, I don't seem to have any food plots at level 0 and my Vaultsuit chest was deleted. It would be nice if that could be fixed on some iteration of this plan.
