Resolved Vassal settlement can't open worksop mod via hotkeys

I can't start the workshop in vassal settlements with the control vassal flagged on via hotkeys.

Also my raider settlements with "my gang" does not add any raider decorations. I have yet to try it with Nuka World Raiders.

Caused by second workshop being placed down. Resolved by "markfordelete" and refreshing settlement.
