"Upgrade is available" holo icon , different from not enough recurses

IIRC, the red hammer icon appears if there is an upgrade available or operating costs are not met.

I posted this same idea back in March and got the same response; I still havent seen this supposed red hammer icon for "pending upgrade" either.

Then something may have changed or my game had something unique about it. (or my brain is remembering funny...) I saw it, I swear. Unless the operating costs were also not met... I STILL do not have an active save I can use for reference...
(Someone tell that guy to quit stuffing more "ideas" into mods and just play the game )
