Unreachable/ unextenguishable HQ fires

I'm having an issue where i have a single fire in the HQ that cannot be put out. It seems to have spawned between the walls of the cupboard where you build the engineering department in the tutorial and the toilets next door. I've even tried using no clip to get through the walls and floor to put it out, but i still can't extinguish it. Is there any command or anything on the holotape to get rid of it? Turning off fires doesn't work, it's just stopped more happening.
It's a massive pain as I'm loosing the effects of the room it's in, and there's always a group of 7 or so settlers trying to put it out, and the constant sound of all those fire extinguishers going off is driving me crazy.

Is there a console command or such to extinguish one of 'those fires in the basement?' I heard the patch was coming, so I continued my save. That was a day or more of play time ago, and my powerplant is still one fire in the basement with the new patches, and will not go out. I don't have the annoyance of constant fire extinguishers going off (hmm, need to tell Mansfred to setup a training session to teach the workers to aim at the BASE of the fire and SWEEP), as it's in the basement. However, I have 0 power at HQ, despite a level 4 generator. This has made progressing Commonwealth Rising impossible until I can get the power transfer plot unlocked.

Are the basement-level ones still not able to be put out? I reported that multiple times during the "HQ2.0Beta"...
The only 'fix' I am aware of myself is that if you leave HQ entirely for ~24 hours, your people should just automatically put them out. (the auto-timeout to complete that 'task' never seems to work right if you're there at the time)

Still not working for me. I have left HQ for almost a week in game time (vacationing up in Acadia). The generator room in the basement (the room right off the elevator) is still burning away.

EDIT I tried selecting the fire via console, and "KILL" (we are essentially killing an object with a cryo weapon, right?). It didn't do anything to the fire.

Alright, I'll pass it on. No idea why it worked for me but not for others... and I'm not sure of exactly how the Fires work, mechanically, so I can't provide any alternate solutions right now.

I just confirmed I have workshop framework 2.2.3 running, and versions 2.2.1 of both Sim Settlements and Chapter 2 running. The fire occurred during the last patch cycle, and has 'survived' through the current cycle (I think 2 weeks or more in game time).
