When I assign an NPC or unique settler To another settlement they just wander around sanctuary and they don't seem to ever leave and go to that other settlement. I'm running some settlements to on Xbox.

Unique settlers won't go to assigned settlement.

It's not instant and they actually have to have time to travel there. Plus on XBox its probably script lag.
