Unique Settler / Character Mission Issues

I'm running into a couple of issues as I'm working through the unique settler quests. I'll try to make this as easy to read as possible as it's reasonable that I missed something simple. If I run into issues, is it possible to skip or abandon these missions? Reset them maybe? Please let me know. <3

• Say Cheese - I've entered Fallon's Department Store and Fallon's basement. I don't remember ever meeting an npc named Dyllan or having anything to do with a camera. There also isn't a mission summary or a mission waypoint.
• Looking for Yesterday - I found five overdue books and gave them to Charles Baker and he took them and it seemed the mission was complete but the quest text is greyed out, Charles has nothing more to say in regards to the mission and there is no mission waypoint.
• Batteries Not Included - I have plenty of Fusion Cores to give to O-M-0R but she won't take them, I can't trade with her like normal settlers and she keeps repeating several lines with no indication of what to do next.
• This Sister's Not With The Brotherhood - Nadine, like O-M-04, has given me the quest but won't take any items, can't trade like usual settlers and only repeats her intro lines.
• Handful of Caps - Mister Handsy seems to be giving me radiant quests, is there a way to remove these from my quest list?

Say Cheese - Did you actually get a quest for Say Cheese? If you haven't met Dyllan, outside the location, the quest isn't active.
Looking for Yesterday - This is a repeatable quest, so it's intended that you continue to find Overdue Books for Charles, and hand them in to him for caps. There is an issue logged for this quest, as the option to say that you won't collect more for him is broken.
Batteries Not Included - O-M-0R requires a Fusion Core and an Assaultron Circuit Board before she will accept them for her quest.
This Sister's Not With the Brotherhood - Nadine is wanting a Brotherhood of Steel Holotag only to continue her quest. When you talk to her, do you have one?
Handful of Caps - Mister Handsy's quest to find a stash is repeatable. I think you only get a quest in your list if you talk to him again after completing one, but it's been a long time since I've done this one.

Just to check - is it the regular Fallon's store you were trying? And the basement in Diamond City?

As Dyllan is found outside of "New" Fallon's, which is a location in Concord added by SS2, unlike the normal vanilla one(s). He should be standing on a box waving a newspaper. He might be easier to spot by walking down the road from Red Rocket towards Concord.

I'm glad it's solved! Just as a head's up - most of those little SS2 quests revolving around the Concord npcs can be triggered by taking their advert from the news board in the church. If an advert hasn't appeared yet, it hasn't triggered. But typically as you help each npc, soon enough you'll unlock the next. They should have markers though, but if you're having trouble finding them, they're almost always in the church around 9pm attending the pastor's sermon. Failing that, they all live in certain houses in Concord/on the edges of the town

So just for the record, Looking For Yesterday is radiant like getting Technical Documents & Blood Samples for the BOS, so there is no completing. Would I lose out on more than just caps-per-book if I used CompleteQuest on it? Also does anyone have the QuestID?
