Not a bug Unable to use complex designs

i can’t get it to pull-up complex designs rotc pack. I’ve tried with no other mods loaded but sim three in one, workshop framework, the designs, conquer, and mega pack year one.

There’s also an issue where all my items get auto removed as soon as I get them in the vault when using startmeup full dialogue.
 
I wasn’t real clear about the problem. It was late. So I start up fallout go through the intro movie, make my character then conquer initialized.

During the config (select city plans) I get a list for all available plans. The list never lists the complex city plans. The other day it only took a reload of the latest save. But that no longer works.

When trying my only mods are as follows:

Fallout
DLCs
Creation club (Chinese stealth suit and backpack)
Sim settlements 3-in-1
Workshop framework
All complex city designs for rotc
Sim settlements conquer
Sim settlements mega pack year one

In that order.
 
WorkshopFramework needs to be above simsettlements.

change that and see what happens.

WorkshopFramework dosnt need to be above simsettlements but try it anyway .
 
I moved workshop above sim settlements and no dice. Still doesn’t want to bring up complex designs off the bat with no reloads.

I did get it to run earlier. After a reload of fresh save which means right after character creation it saves. If I proceed it shows no complex designs. After the reload it shows them.
 
hmm it could just be takeing time .

are you playing on xbox?
 
I’m playing on pc. I think that as well but it doesn’t always work. Is there a way to delay the mod start up?
 
Not if you want the pre built cities.

complex plans should have the CP tag.

Did you want all your settlements complex? maybe remove a few from the load order and see if that makes a difference.
 
Yes I wanted all my settlements to be complex. I’ve got it working for now. But I’m gonna try some things to see what happens.

I definitely will. I need to get a different pc. Windows runs my Mac hardware at half the ability of my hardware. It sucks big time. But I have an eye on a machine
