So I have no problem donating scrape of any kind, however when I donate Weapons or Armor it never leave my inventory. When I tab out out I get no 'message' about use, look in my inventory and there the items are. Open Workshop and the Resource HUD says 0/..... ? Everything is set to auto. Thanks

Unable to Donate Gear to Planner Desk

Are you donating them to war planners desk? Also some items can't be donated, mostly gear from other mods.
Ahh, ok, thanks. All of my settlements are at 0 of whatever for the purse icon (ammo, weapons, armor) so if I can only donate those things in later chapters and the settlements themselves do not seem to be gathering any, as they are all at 0, will they just not upgrade until later chapters?

Yeah that's content for later chapters, it doesn't matter yet. Everything you need so far doesn't use it.

Not sure what you mean by that. Remove it from MO2 and install directly to data folder? If that's right.. why?

I only had Chapter 1 installed. I wanted to start a new playthrough with All 3 Chapters and SS2 Extended installed. So removed the SS2 Chapter 1 only mod from MO2 and downloaded and installed the Chapter 2 ALL parts mod, and I get this...

Weird, I'd guess you had chapter 3 installed twice? Though that sounds unlikely from everything you've said.
