Tsarbomba getting a late start in October City plan contest

With some help from Uituitand and Kinggath I finally have sims settlement mods working and i know there is only a few days left to compete but I really love starlight drive-in and always hated how limited we were with base game building. So I will give it my hand it probably wont be as detailed as some of the other entries but I would like to at least show my ideas to you all
 
Okay so I may have forgotten about needing all the plots and how complicated setting up clutter can be so i dont think ill make it in time but I would like to keep working on it and getting help from anyone who has already set up some city plans cause I dont think I am fairing well T>T
 
You mean like making it a esp thing? I was kinda confused with it too at first, but It's not so bad really once you export a few times. Don't give up though!
 
I have to make it into esp?!?! XD lol this my first time and imstill setting stuff up in my settlement but i dont think it will be ready by sunday. I am trying to set up a hotel like thing on the non broken wing of starlight drive in with a market in the center and the "residents" in like a stacked apartments over on the dirt but im still working on the hotel building XD
 
Oh! There is a webpage that does it for you. All you gotta do is upload the files really! But... I don't actually know if we have to make it into an esp for the contest lol.

A hotel is a great idea! I wish there was a hotel stall or something that we could build and rent rooms, kinda like Bunkerhill. I love things like that cause I like to role play.
 
I know that would be cool to have like a counter that you could assign an NPC to or even assigning NPC to a certain area so like you could make some of the rooms "occupied" I am not sure into role play were it breaks my enjoyment of the game if I cant but I like to think up some scenarios like the hotel that would be fun to play out. Though for this build I feel like im could come up with something better for the main open area of the lot a market kinda feels cliche and not sure how i should go about building it
 
Yes ,don't give up ,even if you miss the deadline keep on going until its done:)

Thats the plan I just did the math and knew I shouldnt stress my self trying to get it done by sunday considering im going to LA tomorrow but its coming together well so much micro managing to do later I get so picky about attention to detail like there are gaps in the wall to ceiling and ill make another wall just to close like a 2 inch gap XD
 
:) there will be a contest every month ;) so I emcourage you to finish this CP and enter the contest for next month as well :)
