I'm assuming that this comes under the headline of "menu crashes".
Item: Project Blueprint > Special > Lights (No Power REQ) > Clear Fixture 01
BaseID: 0200BBAF
More info: Managed to get this to CTD intermittently (2 out of 6 attempts). Second CTD was when I actually put it into "empty air" as shown in the screenshot (was an instant CTD, this image is from a second attempt).
Item: Project Blueprint > Special > Lights (No Power REQ) > Ind Cat Light 01
BaseID: 0200BBAB
More info: Managed to get this to CTD fairly regularly (4 out of 5 attempts), whether moving the screen around or rotating the object or examining a slightly strange clipping issue in the wall.
Item: Project Blueprint > Special > Lights (No Power REQ) > Ind Cat Light 02
BaseID: 0200BBAC
More info: Managed to get this to CTD intermittently (3 out of 5 attempts), it also exhibits slightly strange clipping issues with the wall.
--edit--
Note that I checked the other lights in this menu area, could not get them to CTD. YMMV.
Extra notes that might be of use:
