Old Post The Sim Settlement HUD or UI not showing up?

Hello everyone,

This is a dumb question.
So I recently installed Sim Settlement, but I noticed my UI not showing up.


I even followed the exact guide from

Accept third party cookies

from 0:39 to 1:16 part of the video, but the UI that I highlighted did not appear. FYI, I spawned the 'City Manager 2078 Holotape' via console command.

I'm only using two mods via Nexus Mod Manager:
1) Start Me Up
2) Sim Settlements: 3 in 1

Please help, thanks all.

Attached is the list of all the mods in Nexus Mod Manager,

is there any mod that might cause the HUD not showing up?

I would think that would work. Is vortex showing any mod conflicts?

It is working in my game. The Hudframework mod loads before Sim Settlements in my load order. If you go to the plugins tab and check you load order is correct then I would suggest seeing if it works on a new game.
