Hmmm, what is this little gift you have bestowed? I don't use scrap everything but still very curious?

kind of hard to load after SE....if I don't want to install SE.:pilot

It's sitting on my desktop looking at me right now, calling to me.:whistle3
 
FO4VR w/1080ti. I haven't had much slowdowns in downtown with SE, but this mod "feels" faster.
Only problem is that the red rocket building reappeared and I had scrapped & built over it.

Crashes are rare. I can play until my feet or back get tired. They only happen when I open my pipboy.

Update: I just finished a 3 hour session with lots of settlement modification & pipboy use. No crashes. I converted Red Rocket to a follower managed settlement. there's a weird hanging light & button on the ground inside RR; doesnt seem to do anything or cause any problems.
