Tax Bugs: Half Tax Rate and MCM Tax Settings

Edit 2: After testing with uncorrupted and fresh savegames i am sure of 2 problems:
-Setting different Tax laws in the MCM buggs out the tax system completly. The settings in the MCM wont match the ones in the holotape/desk and the description does not match the values applied to the plots.
-Setting the tax to half in the holotape does not increase the food production of agra plots by 0.5 but insted does +-0 to resaurce production, it does affect the tax rate in the correct way.

There might be a problem with food generated by plots and tax rates.

As far as i know it should be:

Agricultural Plot Base Food Gen should be 2 at the lowest level.
Taxes rates should do the following:
No Taxes +1; Half Taxes +0.5; Normal/Standard Taxes +-0; Double Taxes -1

The Problem is that assign taxes through the holotape gives me wierd food output values.
Useing the MCM seems to give the right values, but i cant tell 100% since i dont know exactly what the values should be.

Also after setting values in the mcm they change when you reopen the menu again.
for example: setting everything to default, open, close, now everything shows half, but ingame every plot gives 2 food.

Edit: After some testing with a new savegame it looks like useing the tax law options in the MCM breaks the taxs system.

Thanks - I'll add this to my list to investigate.

Finally found someone else encountering this issue!

I am also struggling with this problem. I can never get the MCM menu Taxes, and the Holotape/Terminal Taxes to the same settings. This also appeared to be the cause of all my settlements happiness levels getting stuck, though that may be a mod conflict?

I would really rather play with taxes set to a balanced setting, but I might have to skip this aspect for now.
