Alright so I'm getting further into my first play through on SS2, it's been a complete joy thus far, and I'm curious of any of you have switched factions yet using SS2 and if it played nicely in your settlements?

I had some issues doing the old sneaky switch-a-roo with SS1+Conqueror and i do not want to ruin this save because it's extremely stable atm. I've only ever fully beat the game with MM, most my other runs i quit before, so i want to know if it has worked okay for anyone who has say: *been with MM early game and then switched to another faction later on? How did it pan out for you using SS2? Any issues with your settlements or settlers?

Conqueror was never intended having more than 1 faction or switching factions.
Far as I can tell SS2 returned to pre Conqueror gameplay, so there are no factions, conquering and liberating outside vanilla mechanics.
Nuka Raiders probably will break with Sanctuary due to the Quincy 5 being immortal.

when i played conquer i killed any and everybody that had irritating comments when i walked by and didn't join any factions would leave the sanctuary 5 in the museum and go straight to raiding. ss2 has turned me into a good guy again so i been using the MM for now as i love fighting the BOS something about having dudes fly in attacking and me having to go around killing dudes in power armor makes the game fun for me. also it makes for some exciting wasteland encounters when you are strolling around and a vertabird comes out of nowhere and starts shooting had a 3 way stand off with super mutants synths and then BOS comes rolling in that's a good time there.

Love it, thats what it's all about. Although i think i might betray the MM and go BOS when it comes to decision time! Haven't decided yet.

You COULD sort of run two Conqueror factions in the same savegame in the more recent updates for it but it was kind of derpy... but based on the things kinggath kept mentioning in his "conqueror lets play" over on Youtube, and how SS2 appears to have gutted and redone the code almost back to nothing... I'd imagine those mechanics are going to work a lot better this time around.
