Intentions is that no extra resources is needed, so everyone can use it.

I went back to basic, with a rather clean installation of the game. Thinking that is had to bed best place to start with building a new CP at Starlight. Added in just a few thigs
- SS 3 in 1
- IDEK's logistics
- CP builders toolkit.
- 1 year MEGA pack
Thats all well and good, except one small detail, to much scrap I cant remove so I run out of space really. The sceletons, mole rats and leaves are like untouchables. Also a bunch of concrete slabs I know of cant be removed.

To clarify, Im just an old gamer (50+ old enough, yes) and not a programmer.

I need a hasselfree way to clear the rubbish in the hope it'll be enough to finish a city. Maybe even how to block/defensive walls that doesnt eat up memory like candy.

PS. I do know of the Blueprint, Place anywhere and the f4se, but leave that out until need finishing touches, ok. DS

you can increase the limit using the cityplanners holotape , in tools

Highly recommend place anywhere ,once you use you will wonder how you went without it ;)

Failing that - have about 10 pipe weapons on you. Drop them on the ground. Switch to build mode. Store them in the workshop. Exit workshop mode, collect the pipe weapons from the workshop. Repeat as needed until you have enough extra build space.

Thank you @uituit and @Yagisan

Feel like playing Devil's Advocate here a bit. How will these actions affect CityPlans for a 3rd party? Refering to droppig of weapons and increase from Holotape?

It wont.
Dropping weapons, Legendary works better, will take you hours with a City Plan. Just use the holotape option and rock on.

Thanks guys, did get 25% extra to finish the initial plan in my head.

Just curious still, with the 3in1 and the 1year mega pack, shouldnt I get more industrial plots tham scrap heap? ILS is working fine, no problem. Just that I were sure it would be more for "No DLC".

Later I may ask someone to troubleshoot this build.

Don't think it does....

I would strongly recommend Industrial City for additional Industry Plots.
Should you lack for farms, try Animal Farm.

@Yagisan Yes, IndustrialCity is very good like that. It does however require all DLC's, and I'm trying like low level basic CityPlanning without DLC's.

For my own gameplay I have that and many more. Such as SimTowers, Utilities and Animalfarms.

For scrapping the skelingtons at starlight you need 'place everywhere' which itself requires F4SE, you can then enable 'extra object selection' - default key is the insert key on uk/us keyboards, not sure what that is on other keyboards. A scrap mod would do it too but they have their own issues and would add a dependency to your city plan. Whereas you can use 'place everywhere' without users of your plan needing it.

I changed my mind slightly, and left sceletons laying around.

Thinking in the line of immersiveness, they would scrap the cars and stuff for metal. Not so sure what they would make from the bones.
