Stuck with draw weapon disabled

So I was in free cam and entered workshop mode but upon exiting, I couldn't draw a weapon. Pip boy was accessible and I could change equipped weapons. It always make that duk-duk sound on draw weapon action.

I can't reverse it for some reason. Getting in and out or workshop mode does not fix it. Even reloading a previous save does not fix it and a restart is needed to get it out of whatever it got stuck into.

This is due to the way flight is handled. Essentially you need to wait longer before trying to do anything after exiting workshop mode. I will extend the time that controls are disabled in the next update.

In the meantime, if you keep running into this - I would disable flight.
