Strange music from KG red rocket city plan?!

The second one was made with Kinggath and few others on Red Rocket inside the mod, For some reason, I started hearing strange music which is barely from the game. I had the music and pipboy radio off. I looked everywhere to find the sources to this but kept crashing getting the lightbulbs to show up getting an odd script lag. When teleported I get stuck under the bus. Anyone experience this?

Sound scape has music bits in it too. Not whole song but snippits.

Do you play with headphones on? Never heard any of this. Course I am semi deaf due to on the job noise so I might not hear it even with headphones.

When I did my first City Plan for the quest line I did it at the Red Rocket & got the Title Screen music & an areal view rotating around the Red Rocket as the City Plan took hold.

It was my first time making it that far. I figured it was so after the fact, but thought maybe that was the same thing they were talking about. LoL! For a split second I thought I had crashed my whole game.
