Old Post Stores treated as plots in city plans?

Can I have a confirmation that stores will only appear when a settler is assigned, just a plot is invisible till a settler is assigned to it? Before I go all ranty about how my level one hasn't worked because the bar hasn't turned up!

Yes - everything assignable only appears as it is needed.

In a future update, this will apply to water, power, and defense objects as well.
