Question 'State of War' quest won't progress

I am at the part in the 'State of War' quest in which you have to take back locations in the Northern areas of the Commonwealth. I have taken 2 of these locations without any issues. However, once I took Lexington, the quest did not register it. Secondly, when I captured Forest Grove Marsh, the reinforcements never arrived even after waiting approximately 15 minutes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, wrong forum but can you save and use "kah" or "passtime 2" command? First will kill all enemies, second will skip 2 hours.

I tried that, and it succeeded in registering those locations as captured, so thanks for that. However, the quest refuses to progress further now.

The first command may have its own issues (likely in the form of assault not finishing or reinforcements not arriving...) but when you're already having that and it progressed past capturing and victory screen and control of settlement transferring to you, should be fine? Take it with a grain of salt. If the quest is not moving on, you may try to assault the other locations needed for this quest (if there are any), teleport away or reload the game and do a random assault. The last patch has tools to resolve data corruption, that can potentially help.
