SS2 Nexus Page updated and SS2 - Ch. 2 nexus page released, do we download both?

As stated the SS2 Nexus Page files have been updated to 2.0 but there's also a separate page for Chapter 2 that was just released. Do we need to download both to have some base mod features or will the files from the Chapter 2 page have everything we need? (Outside of the Workshop Framework update of course)

If nothing else, I expect Chapter 1 may have been tweaked as needed to flow more smoothly into Chapter 2's content.

Chapter 1 differs a little if you start a new playthrough, yes. Not telling ya how, tho

I'm only just starting "Plotting the Future" on a brand new save, and I've already noticed something different.

There's now several "Box of ASAMs" objects in Jake's Workshop, which when looted give 20 ASAMs for you to use. And they're not marked as Owned, however his private Terminal that he writes his blog on now IS marked as Owned.

Also, the prerecorded voice on the ASAMs is now subtitled as being "RobCo Rob", not "Robco Guy".
