SS2 Contest Assistant bug

When I enter a game it asks if Im in the contest. It cant remember between logging what I said ... I guess?

Anyway I made a save in sanctuary with my SS2 build and it happened so after relogging to check I zipped up the save file in case its useful @Yagisan

Additional -
After I reach a contest settlement and it flashes the messages about it it will not activate on log in any more.

If you reach a contest settlement and you have chosen not to compete, I think it asks you again if you are competing to confirm your choice.
If you are playing the same game, it shouldn't keep asking you that question, so I'm not sure why you mean by "it will not activate on login anymore'.

Also, please note that Yagisan is not actively supporting or responding to Contest questions anymore, nor is he the mod author for City Plan Contest Assistant.
Yagisan supports the City Planner's Assistant Wabberjack Collection.

After I reach the settlement, and it tells me I have, I no longer have to select the option that Im playing in the contest or not when I log in. Before that on every log in it would ask me.

I figured Yagi would know who to pass this on to. Im sorry if I made a mistake mentioning them.

It shouldn't be asking you everytime you log in, once you have made a choice for that specific game's save.
It will ask if you start a New Game.

If you wanted to change your answer, you would use the City Plan Assistant holotape, select Tools > Change Competing Answer
