Question SS Conqueror

Hi guys, so I am doing SS1 at this moment in time and most of my settlements are near level 2 upgrade (YAY). I just wanna know is conquerer worth it? What I mean is, is SS Conquerer the same as SS1 but the main difference is you are a raider instead of minutemen.

Are your settlements the same but it's in raider colors and the people in your settlements are raiders?

Some faction packs have custom settlers some have plots and skins for the faction as well. Aton faction pack by tinuvia has all that and some quest and outfits , my Reavers pack has plots,skins and more
