I like the Spectacle Island build and the overall organized look of your settlements. As you said in part of it, the game oozes so much chaos, and so it can be easy to lean into that.

However your Sanctuary really shines in that organized chaos feel. It actually looks like a city. However much I can love the beautiful mess of some builds, your sanctuary is a great pitch for more realistic design.
