Somerville Place Bugs for RotC

click unassignable NPC in console.

setpv bCommandable 1
setpv bAllowMove 1
setpv bAllowCaravan 1
addkeyword WorkshopAllowCommand
addkeyword WorkshopAllowMove

This should make them assignable, commandable, and moveable between settlements immediately without the need for a quick travel in between. it also should more or less continue to stick on game reload.

Unrelated to Somerville but if one were to do this with, say, Ronnie Shaw, would that cause issues? Old Guns quest is done but the stubborn coot remains rather insubordinate in terms of assigning a residence, etc.

It should work on anything that has a standard AI package. I don't think Ronnie has a standard AI package (but I've been wrong before)

She and the minuteman assigned to the radio tower are both unable to be assigned to a residential plot and work plots due to issues that arised.

Bummer. I had thoughts of giving her an actual weapons store to preside over, especially now we could put an internal one in the armory.

I used it before on her, just to assign her a bed or a residential plot. It works "okay". But doing that to the Radio Operator... things can go south pretty quick. LOL

There appears to be a second building spawning in the preexisting one with white color exterior wall (instead red), gives some nice Z-fighting

I have a L0 Somerville with 6 settlers.. 1 agricultural, 5 residential. No security, commercial, or industrial even after plenty of time away from the settlement, like those plots just didn't get created. Going to try tearing the city down and starting over..

It seems I have zero water in Somerville Place. Because in his infinite wisdom, Deacon placed the water purification plant outside the settlement boundary :scratchheadSince there is no body of water that I can move the plant to, do I need to construct something else myself? I also have a couple of floating machine gun turrets outside the boundary as well. Weird.

I have recently replaced the orginal complex plan with the standard otimized plan - which might be the reason for this problem, but maybe it's the plan itself: An interior residential plot is spawned in the wrong place, directly inside the distillery and not the building next to it.

I have an issue in Somerville Place where housing plots don't get completed. Using the latest versions of RoTC available on Nexus. Basically NPC starts to build a house, the scaffolding goes up but it never finishes. Thus NPC has no bed, stats get dragged down. I've done plot refresh, doesn't change anything. I looked for the owner of that plot and manually re-assigned to another housing plot, but same thing happened - previous plot "cleaned up" and "For rent" sign appeared, on new plot the scaffolding goes up, building sounds can be heard but nothing gets built, ever. And they do have enough materials in settlement, happiness is around 80 and going up and such.

I tried to change the building plan of said plots but that doesn't seem to work. I haven't done yet a whole settlement refresh, not sure if that'll help because everything else works normally. House plots in question are the ones close to the corner of the settlement which is towards that small tower with a sentry bot.
