Not sure if this is important, but noticed it while looking through my logs for something else (that I blew up myself....). The reference to those lines are constant, as far as I can see.

There are no empty or idle plots in the settlement I was in; no one's homeless or jobless, no plots are vacant. There is one guard (i.e., a vanilla job). HTH!
 
I added a sanity check there to prevent the log errors. Also made some improvements to the code based on what I learned researching this!

The good thing is that your save file is very healthy if the game ripped through that many checks in 2 seconds. :)
