One of the tracking options is for stuck plots, though I don't quite know what that means.
I'll refresh each marked plot, then clear the tracking, then re-track for stuck plots, and the same ones get marked.
I've also switched out L3 to L1 of a different plan, but the same plots are still marked as stuck.
When a refresh doesn't work, what is the solution for stuck plots? Should I destroy the plot completely?
