Small Ch3 Nexus info tweak

The definition of 'main nexus file' on the ch 3 page is pretty vague. Its a question I run into downloading so I thought Id mention it. Not a big deal but I feel having the explanation be clearer would help.

That is due to that being the page for Chapter 3. However to make things easier around the release of Chapter 3 we decided to have the "All-in-One" download. In the case of this hotfix the Chapter 3 plugins didnt need to be touched, so that is why that version number has not advanced. I can understand the confusion there though.

They both have to be labeled as the main file so Vortex and MO2 handle updates properly.
